Marc Levy is an incredible person with much more incredible story.All his life is connected with his novels. It is amazing, because all his books have a main character with different jobs. Let’s start from the very beginning.
Marc Levy was born on the 16th of October in 1961in Jewish family. His father, Raymond Levy, has been involved in revolutionary group of children and teenagers during the Second World War. Raymond’s story formed the basis of Marc’s novel “Children of Freedom”.

Then, inspired by dad’s story, at the age of eighteen, he joined the Red Cross. About this part of his life we can find some echoes in the novel “Finding you” with the heroine who spent all her life helping people to escape.

Six years later during his studying at university in Paris, Marc founded his first firm “Logitec France”. Then he found himself interested in computer graphics that is why he created two more firms specializing in graphics creation. This part of his life intertwining with his novel “All those things we never said”, where the main character was a painter and a designer who created cartoons for children.

What will be next? Marc Levy had some arguments with his colleagues and left both of companies. Together with his friends he decided to found a new firm with specializing in design and architecture. So, Marc opened a new page of his life full of mathematics and architecture plans. He shared his memories in the novels “London Mon Amour” and “If only it were true”. However he was inspired by architecture and there are a lot of novels where he describes painters. They are “In another life”, “The strange journey of Mr. Doldry”.

As it has been mentioned above Marc Levy is an incredible person with an incredible life. If he starts doing something he will do this the best way he can. He wrote about nature of hurricanes and astronomy, and even about creating perfume. One of his book was written about painter’s biography. Many readers searched for this unknown person but could find nothing! That is why Marc Levy invented all this story but he did it so realistic that everyone believed.
